Travertine Pedestal Dining Table, Attributed to Angelo Mangiarotti

Iconic travertine dining table originally designed by Angelo Mangiarotti. Italy, 1970s. Solid travertine conical base in good condition with minor loss at bottom edge [pictured]. Surface has been professionally polished for resale. Surface was cracked 10 years ago, professionally repaired and has been structurally sound since. Negligible vein manufactured at surface to mask epoxy fill [pictured]. See underside for actual structural support created by carving channels between two pieces and filling with travertine friendly compound. Manufactured vein is largely inconspicuous and meant to look like part of the natural stone. This very rare table is not at risk of re offending and has been priced to reflect these losses; a great opportunity to own this piece of iconic design for a fraction of their fair trade.
