Kindly DO NOT proceed with a purchase without first consulting with us via email [details@marthasroom.com] or Instagram Direct Message, as outlined by our disclaimer on every product page, unless you are prepared to assume the total cost of delivery/shipping, customs and any associated brokers fees.

We do our best to describe the condition of every item. Understandably, condition is for the most part subjective and up to one's interpretation. Kindly do not proceed with a purchase if you have any reservations about condition as all sales on vintage, unrestored furniture are FINAL unless otherwise stated.

I wholly reserve the right to honour a credit, partial refund or refund - given the circumstances - at my discretion. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to the latter of the above three scenarios.

There are no HOLDS for product. On the very rare occurrence that a deposit is taken, it is 50% of the total cost, and made with the intention to finalize the transaction prior to pick up, delivery and-or on an agreed upon date. Under Canadian Law, deposits are non refundable. No exceptions will be made to deviate from this.
