Renaissance Easy Sofa by Muller & Stewart, 1970s

Design care of Keith Muller & Michael Stewart. Commissioned by architect Jack Diamond for several public locations across Canada including the Bata Library. Vintage, 1970s. Maple plywood frame newly painted in a flat leather brown and finished in a satin clear coat. Some character from wear on old frame was maintained in painting over old nominal bumps and scrapes. New bourbon coloured genuine leather upholstery with added batting foam. Seat has been newly webbed with a new deck. New hook and loop tape.
