Folk Art Room Divider by Gail Ryan, 1990s

Double sided room divider by PEI folk artist, Gail Ryan. This is assumed to have been painted in the late 90s or early 2000s, with only one other room divider by Gail to exist.

Gail Ryan is a recognized folk artist from Prince Edward Island, most known for her hand-painted scenes and unique, seashell-covered furniture. Her art often features charming, colorful depictions of local PEI life, including rural landscapes, barns, and coastal themes.

This example is in good condition with some minor deficiencies, namely some paint loss in a few areas adding to its overall character. Divider appears to have been wall mounted at one stage of its life as each panel has 3 small nail sized holes in each [bottom middle, centre middle, and top middle].

Each panel measures 81H x 28.5W x .75D
