American Empire Art Deco Sofa, 19th Century

19th century American interpretation of French Neoclassical design. This particular sofa has been reupholstered in a textured duck egg coloured polyester fabric with a double rub count exceeding 90 000. Striped bolster pillows have been added for extra interest and can be removed at your leisure. Wood frame is believed to be cherry. Slight loss to one lion's head [see photos] otherwise frame is in great condition given its age.
