Art Deco Barrel Back Sofa by Century Furniture

Barrel back sofa made by Century Furniture, USA. Assumed vintage, 1980s. Frame is a veneered walnut featuring a sculptural barrelled profile. Web and coil seat construction. Reupholstered in a linen like 100% polyester fabric with a double rub count exceeding 200 000 [very durable]. New foam seat cushions. Down fill back cushions are slightly wider than sofa backrest creating a more relaxed look in back cushions. This sofa has been carefully restored with some character intentionally left on the frame [see photos].
